I absolutely loved the elegant and charming interior design of the hotel. The dark wooden panels and fresh colors created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the hotel to be easily accessible with no barriers or obstacles. It was a pleasure moving around and exploring the beautiful villa.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and understanding. It would have been nice to have the children working there show a bit more care and consideration towards us.

There were no flowers and fresh fruit. Shame :). In all honesty, the only improvement could be the staff. They could not help us with finding and reserving a restaurant.

Very well appointed 5 star suites. Amazing location on the Spee River and with easy access to restaurants and public transport and all the Berlin sights.This was the highlight of our German holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in this riverside hotel. The suite was spacious and had great amenities like large TVs, comfortable bed, and a coffee machine. The location was perfect - close to the U and S bahn and main attractions, with a gorgeous view of the river. The breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. Finally, the staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

Entering this elegant venue, we were welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who escorted us to our exclusive room. Luxurious amenities and personalized service fulfilled our every need. We indulged in the hotel's leisure room which had comfortable seating, a TV, and drinks. Moreover, the in-room breakfast was impressive, it came with a variety of items and had a perfect taste to kick-start our day.

There was only one minor issue, we wished the Sauna and Spa Centre were open for late hours to relax and rejuvenate more. However, this hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with major attractions nearby.

We thought the design and layout of the water side villa was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was decorated and obviously built, using the finest materials, and great design ideas, cannot recommend it enough.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with no street noise and convenient transport options to explore the city. There were also many restaurants nearby serving delicious food, and plenty of parks to relax and enjoy nature.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as a blown light bulb in the bathroom and a non-functioning extractor fan, they didn't significantly impact our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The room was beautifully designed and clean, with large windows that let natural light flood the space. The location was ideal, just steps away from the river and the main train station. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi was a bit spotty and cut out in the middle of an email. Plus, closing the curtains proved to be a bit of a challenge due to their multiple layers.
